To enable asylum seekers and refugees find and get the help they need, wherever they are, quickly and efficiently.

Our Values

We have four key values:

1. Caring. We care about our clients, our partners and our people - we treat everyone with the same dignity and respect.

2. Open. We are open and honest. We work together in a collaborative and cooperative fashion within our organisation and with clients and partners.

3. Focused. We have identified seven basic needs which cause hardship and distress when they are not met. We enable our clients to find help for those needs to alleviate undue hardship and distress.

4. Efficient. We are a charity with limited resources. We plan carefully to maximise our impact in alleviating client hardship and distress in our areas of focus.
